CASE STUDY: Marketing strategy and rebranding for a training company

About Talents4You

Talents4you is an international recruitment, leadership coaching, and training company based in Europe whose mission is to humanize companies by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The company offers tailor-made leadership programs to shift its culture and help it thrive in a fast-changing environment. Sandrine Vilcot, the company’s founder, is a multicultural leader with years of experience in the industry.

The challenge

Sandrine was dissatisfied with her brand and marketing strategy, saying that it didn’t represent her accurately anymore, and came to me asking for a full makeover.

The goal of this project was to revamp Talents4You’s branding, visual identity and website. The previous website was outdated, hard to navigate, and featured low-resolution images. The multilingual functionality was broken, and outdated plugins caused maintenance issues. Sandrine also wanted to improve her LinkedIn profile and explore other social media channels to promote her business, if applicable.

My role included rebranding Talents4You’s visual identity, building a new website, aligning the LinkedIn presence with the new brand, and creating a marketing strategy to support business growth.

Visual rebranding

The goal of the visual rebranding was to modernize Talents4You’s brand identity and create a cohesive, professional look that accurately represented the company and its founder, conveying professionalism and vibrancy. I researched industry competitors and client preferences to develop three brand concepts, which were refined into the final brand identity.

This included a refreshed logo, tagline, updated color palette, and modern typography that reflected Talents4You’s core values and vision. The result was a clean, polished brand image that enhanced its market presence.

Website redesign

Talents4You’s website needed a complete overhaul. The previous site had outdated plugins, broken multilingual features, and a cluttered design. I rebuilt the website on WordPress using a modern, mobile-responsive template. Key updates included a simplified structure, improved navigation, clear calls-to-action (CTAs), and high-quality visuals. 

To replace the stock photos, I coordinated a photoshoot with a professional photographer, making sure the pictures on the website and social channels reflected the new brand identity. These changes created a user-friendly, visually appealing site that better reflects Talents4You’s brand.

LinkedIn rebrand

 To maintain brand consistency, I updated Talents4You’s and Sandrine’s LinkedIn profile. This included a new banner, profile picture, and refined job descriptions that matched the brand’s tone and messaging and better demonstrated Sandrine’s experience. 

I also created content templates for posts and for her newsletter. The updated profile presented a cohesive, professional brand image, helping to attract more engagement from followers and potential clients.

Marketing strategy

I developed a marketing strategy to support Talents4You’s long-term growth. This strategy outlined key channels like the website, LinkedIn, and email marketing. The goal was to increase brand visibility, generate leads, and reinforce Talents4You’s authority as a leader in career coaching. By using existing blog content and creating new materials, the brand could maintain a steady content stream to engage its audience.
