About Talents4You
Talents4You helps companies recruit, develop, and retain top talent through tailored programs in talent management, leadership coaching, and training. Founded by Sandrine Vilcot—a multilingual leadership coach and international headhunter with decades of experience—the company works with organizations across Europe to build thriving cultures in fast-changing environments.
The expertise was undeniable. The brand didn’t show it.
The challenge
Sandrine had built something real. But when people landed on her website or found her on LinkedIn, what they saw didn’t reflect the level of the work—or the person behind it.
The brand looked interchangeable. The website was outdated, had no photos of Sandrine, and had broken plugins and dead links. There was no coherent visual identity, no clear positioning, and no digital presence that could carry the weight of her reputation.
She wasn’t invisible because she lacked authority. She was invisible because her brand hadn’t been built to show it.
The approach

Brand strategy & positioning Started with a deep diagnosis: what Talents4You actually stood for, who it served, what made Sandrine distinctly her, and how the brand should feel to the right client. The rebrand wasn’t cosmetic—it was strategic. Every visual and messaging decision was grounded in that foundation.
Visual identity — new everything Developed a complete new visual identity from scratch: new logo, new color palette, new typography, new tagline. Multiple concepts were explored and refined until the brand felt unmistakably like Sandrine—professional, warm, international, and distinctly hers.
Website design & build Designed and built a new WordPress website on a staging platform—fixing broken functionality, rebuilding the structure, and creating a modern, user-friendly experience that finally put Sandrine front and center. The new site reflected her expertise, her personality, and her mission.
Photo shoot direction & coordination Organized and attended the brand photo shoot—selecting colors, directing the visual approach, and ensuring the imagery aligned with the new brand identity. Those photos became the foundation of everything that followed.
Social media strategy & templates Built the social media foundation from scratch: content pillars, branded templates, and a strategic framework Sandrine could apply consistently. The content direction was designed to position her as a leadership authority—not just a service provider.
LinkedIn alignment Refreshed her LinkedIn presence with new messaging, updated visuals, and a positioning strategy that connected her personal authority to the Talents4You brand.
Multi-channel GTM plan Delivered a growth roadmap covering web, social, and email—leveraging existing content and new assets to build long-term visibility and lead attraction.
Brand development exploration—logo concepts, new tagline, and color palette options developed to find the visual direction that felt unmistakably like Sandrine.
New WordPress website—modern layout, refined visuals, and a user experience that finally reflected Talents4You’s brand identity and Sandrine’s authority.
